The SockA sock. I have been crying for the past thirty minutes over a sock. I finished reading the second oldest journal I kept through the years. The last entry in this journal is when I got kicked out and was staying at my Aunt's place. For whatever reason, while I was packing when I was leaving (I had about twenty minutes to get my stuff and get out), I grabbed one of my brother's socks. I hid his sock in my pillow and throughout the many moves, until it was lost along the way I would keep it there, pulling it out to have something of his to hold onto, something tangible that belonged to him.The Sock
